Yup, the XTS is all loaded up with twin-turbo badassery now which means driving it will blow your mind. And minds isn't the only thing it's blowing either.

In this new spot from Cadillac, the American luxury sports sedan made faster is also blowing the doors off German luxury cars.

And if the XTS VSPORT blows entire freaking doors off poor unsuspecting cars, I can't wait to see what the CTS VSPORT blows off!

Skirts would have been more appropriate, more sexy and more provocative. Yes, I know sexy and provocative are similar words, I just wanted to highlight the level of sexiness missing from this spot.

Don't like the car and now I don't like it's add either. Wouldn't just about anything with an AMG or M or RS/S badge blow its doors off? Not saying 410hp won't move this boat, but blowing doors off German cars usually requires a CTS-V.

Definitely funny. I'll be honest, the ONLY thing that will get me to watch a commercial anymore is if I happen upon one by accident (too slow on the DVR fast forward button or too quick stopping it) and the commercial is genuinely funny and entertaining. Heck, that's a good thing for the companies paying for the advertising. We (the viewers) don't just watch because we're forced to do so. We watch because the product is worth watching.

That opens up a whole diatribe for me on interruptive media vs good content. If your media is good enough, I'll share, especially when it comes to video. No need for you to find a publisher who has my attention and then interrupt my viewing to watch your content.

This is exactly what is taking place at Instagram right now. Automakers are lining up to pay to have their quick 15-second videos pushed into your feed because you know why, advertisers only know the interruptive model.
